Lazy Sunday…
August 19, 2007
After yesterday, it’s nice to kick back and have a lazy day. I’m no good at plumbing, so yesterday Ron talked me through replacing two water filters and a broken exterior faucett. See him smiling? Our handyman hero.
We’ve finally gotten the therapy problem resolved…he’s been opted out of physical therapy cause he gets around so well and is in good shape, other than his left arm. He begins occupational therapy on Monday – mostly to work with that left arm, which may be the result of nerve damage. Plus what he considers critical – getting cleared to drive again so he can regain his freedom and get back to work. It’s a slow process…but with clear goals in sight, he will make it.

Hi Ron, Cindy!!
I am glad you are recovering so fast. Thank you so much for the visit and for the goat meat. We have not cooked it yet, but we will eat it soon and we will continue thinking of you. You are a very kind person. I am sure there are a lot of people and veterans who miss having you around. Continue taking good care of yourself and I am positive you will soon regain total control of your left arm. Hope to be able to talk to you later. Bye Ron & Cindy
